Some of ye may be interested, the place I work is again looking for more 
php/web developers as they expand the team some more. There is more than 
one position and a pure java coder would be considered for one of the roles.

Enovation Solutions Ltd., one of Ireland's leading I.T. consultancies, 
is currently experiencing rapid growth within its Open Source Solutions 
Group.

The solutions we offer include implementation and customisation of a 
best of breed web-based learning management system, university research 
repository, and content management system.  We provide hosting and also 
support Linux servers and desktops in a number of client sites and have 
developed bespoke Linux distributions for these clients.

We have recently recruited additional talented resources for this team, 
but due to increasing business, now need to recruit another experienced 
Software Engineer.

Working with the Solutions Development Team, you will:
    * Implement and customise and enhance open source solutions
    * Support applications delivered to clients
    * Work on the development of new products

You should have the following skills, experience and education:
    * A good third level qualification in IT
    * Not less than 2 years' development experience in relevant 
technologies
    * Your experience must include working in a Linux environment  and 
you must have a proficient knowledge of Java and PHP
    * You must display creative ability in order to develop suitable 
client solutions

In addition

    * Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for 
client interaction
    * You should enjoy working as part of a team, and contributing your 
ideas as a productive team member
    * Fluent written and spoken English language skills are essential 
for this client-facing role
    * A current, valid work visa for the Republic of Ireland, if 
applicable, is essential
