I'll advocate for "are." I'll also loudly proclaim that's the correct
pronunciation of the letter "r." You can now add at least one person
rocking in the corner muttering about the yanks and their crazy ideas.
Sadly I *would* do that except for the fact that I'll hopefully just
be getting into Galway to pick up my car so that I can drive it right
back to Balbriggan. If you'd like I can give you a lift home around
1am...
