I am in North Co Dublin ... near Balbriggan. Both schools have SuSE SMB
fileservers...just itching for an upgrade, and some more work to do
...i.e. app' serving. The main issue would be ... how much of the s/w
that they have will run in Wine ?.... THAT is something I haven't even
tried, being more of a hardware than systems guy.
I did build a small group (6) of etherboot systems, including
touchscreens a few years ago, using RH6.2, I think. I'm a bit rusty
now, but that is something I realy want to come back to. I have some
tiny mini-itx boxes that I intend to use, probably with SSD's of some
sort for swap space.
