Indeed, but I'd be willing to bet that is mostly or entirely
reporters' vagueness...
There's a long tradition of YS winners finding themselves
accused of making outlandish claims, when they in fact said nothing of
the sort, and it's some reporter garbling things (usually with a good
dose of ridiculous nationalism thrown in, too).
