Typical. Just after I posted that, I thought of a way of rephrasing
my question to Uncle Google that I hadn't used and bingo - I'm away
to the races. It's as simple as this:
ln -s /usr/bin/ssh-add ~/.kde/Autostart
Note that you need ssh-add, which detects it's running under X and
calls ssh-askpass. If instead you put in a link to ssh-askpass
directly, you'll get the prompt alright, but the key won't get added
to your agent. No idea why, and not especially interested.
