Given that ILUG membership doesn't necessarily imply agreement or
disagreement with this letter, might it be better to have people opt in to
have their name attached to it?
If we had a good bunch of names (+titles, letters, etc.) that might
actually have more weight than Gareth speaking on behalf of a fairly
low-profile interest group.
