The problems people are finding with completing the survey are becasue
questions 6 & 7 require that all options are chosen. If you don't move
all the options from the left window to the right the survey thinks
you haven't answered all the required questions. I'll put in comments
to this effect now.
If you want to mail me off-list with the questions you can't answer
I'll see if I can make them more flexible. I put a lot of thought into
trying to make sure that all the bases were covered but dealing with
such a diverse range of intellects can be a little challenging
(herding cats comes to mind...)
