From previous meetings, I think it's reasonably clear that the ILUG committee
have a mandate from the membership to write on behalf of the membership to the
NSAI regarding this issue.
We will be taking the stance that there is no merit to ratifying the
Microsoft proposal as a meaningful standard.
I'll put a draft up here shortly and get comments.
If anyone has anything in particular that they think should be included,
