Forget any shared hosting plan. And if you're going to have 300 users
on any Rails app, you'd better get a good feel for the number of
simultaneous users you'll have as 'light' and 'Rails' are not words
which belong in the same sentence.

I'm sure that none of the Irish hosting providers particularly 'like'
each other, as they're all business competitors. But I really fail to
see what that would have to do with your choice of providers.
