You won't find an iPhone outside the US for now.
The current ones have only been launched over there and are for now
tied to the US bases AT&T network. They are only usable at all after
activation on that network. And only activate-able after committing to
a 2 year AT&T contract.
There are strong rumours about a European version before the end of
the year though.

other features or lack thereof. I'd still love to try one out of
