[ILUG] upcoming talk by Stephen Hemminger of Linux Foundation

Hi all,

without letting the cat out of the committee's bag, Stephen Hemminger one
of the kernel developers employed by the Linux Foundation is currently
visiting the Hamilton Institute in Maynooth and we're hoping to organise a
talk in Dublin some time in the first week or two of August.

	http://developer.osdl.org/shemminger/blog/

So he has time to prepare, he has asked for some guidance as to what people
would like to hear about. Possible topics include:

  - TCP in linux
  - wireless in linux
  - virtualised networks
  - ethernet device drivers

You might also get some ideas from flicking through his blog though he
readily admits it's not that thorough.

Any preferences on topics to cover? Preferably from people who plan to
attend of course :-)

Gavin
