[ILUG] Cent OS 5.0 does not have libf2c

[ILUG] Cent OS 5.0 does not have libf2c

Hi All,
I have currently installed a system with CentOS 5.0 x86_64. I have a query
if the package libf2c was replaced in the new release.

For centos 4.x
 rpm -qa | grep libf2
libf2c-3.4.6-8

For centos 5.x
rpm -qa | grep libf2
compat-libf2c-34-3.4.6-4

I have a couple of applications that used to run on 4.x but now are failing
because the libaries insallted by libf2c are not present in the CentOS 5.0.

Thanks,
--Walter
