you should do a
yum whatprovides libcdsdoc_sh.so
etc... with the missing libraries to see what package they are from and
install them, it looks like you are still missing some libraries. I
could not find the libCdsXmotif.so or libcdsdoc_sh.so in my (fairly
standard) scientific linux 4.x install. its not a great idea but have you
tried just grabbing the old libraries from your old install and stick
them into a directory somewhere and append an entry to your
ld_library_path?
