What we normally do for this on our mail server is send one copy of
the mail to the mailbox where the user's normal MUA can get it,
and one copy to the BB address. That means the BB gets all the mail,
and you don't need any magic sync stuff or servers or whatever.

The ISP's BB server should have a webmail thingy allowing you to
configure filters if you only want to get certain emails on the BB
itself.
