[ILUG] Self-service phone system in Tax office

Eircom have a voice recognition system aswell. I like to think my diction is
fairly clear but it could not understand me saying "support". Maybe it was
tuned to a different accent, such as eastern european, culchie,
extra-terrestrial, atlantean or D4.

No offence meant to any eastern europeans, culchies, Extra-terrestrials,
Atlanteans or D4 residents.
