Of course apt-get install ppptpd works.

Windows clients already have PPTP clients, thus all that works,
documentation for that is also on the site.

Obligatory comment: PPTP doesn't support IPv6 yet though, but you can
always do IPv6 over IPv4 tunnels to solve that :)
