If the data is critical and you want to get it restored and it is of
utmost importance and you really, really, really need it, and cost is no
option the use a data recovery specialist.
If you want to try the myriad of suggestions that have already been put
forward the by all means do so. But some of them are so off the wall and
in some cases merely speculative that I would suggest ignoring them
unless the data you wish to recover is not really worth recovering.
