Or are you dependent on the RAC / AA instead ?
Either direction, for the sake of a quiet life - having a windows
partition can save a lot of hassle!. That said, I've never really had
much need of one for ISP support, but then again, having worked behind
the scenes at an ISP (like many on the list) I've got a better
understanding of the troubleshooting process than many frontline support
staff :(
