But what you are saying is that you cannot imagine why anyone would
not keep corn-plasters about, when some of us are perfectly happy with
Band-Aids.

Moreover, some of us have not purchased corn-plasters, and have no
plans to do so, because our needs are already served; why should we
either:
a) run to the pharmacy and buy corn-plasters for something trivial and
useless, or
b) steal some corn-plasters for something trivial and useless.

Please note that all of us do not buy PCs with Windows pre-installed;
because we do not want to pay the extra USD 100 / EUR 75 / JPY 20,000
for software we do not have a use for.

There is no need for this thread to continue; methinks your
protestations of zealotry smack a bit of defensiveness, and no-one is
judging you for using Windows. Just don't judge us for not.
