I have two of those laptops.  One of them has a wierd suspend problem, the
other doesn't.  Basically, if you run acpi_listen you see it get a suspend
message twice a minute.  For this reason, the laptop attempts to suspend
twice each minute.  You can boot with acpi=off but this causes other issues
so the best solution I've found was to put an exit line early on in the
suspend.sh script.

Not sure if this is even vaguely relevant but if someone knows a better
solution to my problem that would be great too.
