You use maildir, so don't you need to change the mailbox name to 
deliver to maildir (add a /, as another poster suggested). I bet 
you've got an mbox /file/ called 'ilug' now.

The rules look fine btw. I bet they're working, just not to the mail 
folders you were expecting/hoping for. Double check that.
