According to NSAI they voted "Disapproval - with Technical
Comments"[1].
This is, as far as I can see, the ISO version of "Yes, but only as
long as you fix the following list of technical problems" (hence the
spin), and is as close to a No as the process seems to allow for.
(of course, who could object to the standard going through if all the
technical flaws were fixed, right?)
