I've got one here, using a local Asterisk box, that talks either SIP or 
IAX to other providers (blueface in IE, one provider in the UK, musimi 
in DK, sipgate in Germany). No problems. Works even well NAT'ed (C450 on 
one side of the firewall, Asterisk on public IP outside the firewall).

Broadband provider is Airwire.

C460 is the C450 for the UK marked, as I believe. Not for the 
continental or irish marked.
