Sometimes we are a month without a cut, often at least weekly. Most are 
1 or 2 mins, about every two months 10min or longer.

Like ADSL availability and phone line quality, it varies hugely with 
where you live. Christmas period is getting more dangerous  for  supply  
due  to  all the outdoor lighting and closure of some stations.
