Three options come to mind.  

Maplins in Cork, Dublin, Galway and Limerick

Peats in Dublin (http://www.peats.ie/)

and Radionics in Rialto
(http://www.radionics.ie/cgi-bin/bv/rswww/home.do?cacheID=ienetscape&returningUser=N)

All of these do electronics components to some degree.  Radionics have a
very big catalogue but sell in larger quantities than you might want.
Having to buy 15 capacitors when you only want one can get irritating...
