[ILUG] Lotus Notes and Ubuntu

I'm trying to convince work to roll out some Linux distros to employees that
want to use it but there are some issues the main one being Lotus Notes. I
don't want to run Notes through WINE and I am having limited luck finding
info through Uncle Google. Has anyone out there set up a Lotus Notes client
on linux (Ubuntu Dapper preferably) and if so can you point me in some kind
of direction.
