Jason

We were looking for something similar not so long ago.

The open source options we found weren't that great and wouldn't scale
at all. Most of the commercial solutions were aimed at Windows desktop
users. We did, however, find a solution that has clients for windows,
mac osx and linux, namely http://providesupport.com

Regards

Michele
