The only possible answer is:
Whatever you set for swapspace, keep an eye on it afterwards.
If you don't have an answer for "SAP/WebLogic, and everything else will use X
GB at the absolute worst case," set a guideline as 2X physical memory just
for the heck of it, but leave space to expand it.
Also consider asking yourself if you have enough RAM if you keep expanding it,
or if you already have 8GB and are about to set aside 16GB or 32GB just for
swap.
