Have you asked your legal advisers about the (possibly considerable ;-)
risks you are running by sending out mail with no disclaimers
attached ? 

BTW my biz email address comes without a disclaimer, I think they are
daft. I do however have Full company name, contact Number and company #
in there (just fits in 3 lines too.) which is think is a requirement of
the CRO these days
