I have found http://mobical.net/ quite good.
It does not work with Evolution, but it might work well with Kontact.

Also, I use egroupware to sync evolution and my E71 at the moment, it
works quite well. (This requires syncevolution, which can be a PITA)

opensync stopped working for me a while ago.
