[ILUG] Another question regarding automated installs

Hello all,

Another question that the documentation doesn't quite make clear:

Where does the automated install go to get the package files?  Do we need to
have the .iso installed locally?  Or
does the installation process automatically know to go to a repository on
the internet via the /etc/apt/sources.list file?
