Ive worked in two companies out here and know a few people in a few others. Company I work for built its own substation due to the inadequacy of the park. Everyone I know that works out here has had power outages over the last few months. Not saying it's a bad place to work, just saying they seem to have completely underspecced the actually electrical usage in the park. And quite a few of the buildings are unoccupied.
Then again since we built our substation, we have had no issues.
