[ILUG] Recommendations for OS server software to share photos

[ILUG] Recommendations for OS server software to share photos

Hi All,

I'm looking for recommendations for a web based platform to share and upload
photos.

Ideally something very quick to set up - i.e. I know I could set up a drupal
site in a few days to do something similar, but would rather something I can
set up in a few minutes/hours.

Requirements are as follows:

* Ability to allow people upload pics to the server anonymously, albeit
using a shared password.

This has got to be very simple. Perhaps allowing people to upload a zip
archive in one go or maybe even a client (i.e. windows) program to allow
people to do it. (rather than photo by photo online). Tagging, geolocation,
etc would be nice but not essential.

*Ability to view pics online.

This could be a separate package, if necessary.

Alternatively, something like Flickr or Picassa would work, but I want to
have access to the full sized images for printing and would rather not have
storage limits or bandwith quotas - hence using my own server space.

Hope that's reasonably clear.

Thanks in advance,

Rod.
