There will be an EGM of the Linux Enthusiasts, West Dublin on the 1st
January, starting between 8 and 9pm. According to the, as yet
unwritten, regulations of LEWD the last person to arrive after 9pm
buys a round.
Membership is open to anyone who has significant ties to the
West-Dublin area, such as birth, residence (e.g. in the area, or even
just the named pub, on the appropriate evening); and on various other
grounds (see regulations).
The agenda still has to be drawn up by the LEWD secretary, Niall
O'Broin, but the expectation is that at least one item of business
will involve a toast to something Linux related...
regards,
