logger -f expects a filename. I don't know what mapping cxoffice does,
but what you've got there looks like a url-encoded string rather than
a filename.
What does
ls -l /home/userA/.cxoffice/firetrust/drive_c/Program%20Files/FireTrust/MailWasher%20Pro/MailWasher.exe
show? If it's the same "No such file or directory", then try the same
logger command, but with the filename wrapped in single quotes and
with %20 replaced with a single space each time.
