Is the S8B box receiving the same packets as the S2.5.1 box is 
sending?

To make it easier to spot differences: You can get tcpdump for S8 
from blastwave.org or sunfreeware.com btw. Alternatively, snoop can 
write out packet dumps that tcpdump can read.
