Haha haven't seen one of these in a while. Usually it means the
following:
A site is using Exchange.
Exchange fetches all mail for a domain from a single POP account.
Exchange attempts to work out who to send the messages to by parsing the
To and Cc lines. I'm not kidding.
The admin has mis-configured Exchange to assume responsibility for
delivering to all addresses it finds, instead of just local ones.
Result - bounces and/or multiple deliveries.
