a) I'm not one. And might I add that I'm pretty happy about that.
b) Republicans Abroad is not formally associated with the
Republican Party and offers no such facility. As I mentioned
in my original message.
c) In fact the Democratic Party is the only US political party
that has a role for overseas American to vote separately.

Obviously Mr. Watterson should avoid encouraging this sort of American
from voting.
