[ILUG] Best WIFI card for linux?

[ILUG] Best WIFI card for linux?

I used to do some WiFi driver work - not on linux unfortunately, however my
manager at the time had written a number of drivers. He recommended getting
an Atheros based WiFi card, it's supported by MadWiFi drivers. I just did a
"lspci" and here's what it came up with... (I'd have to power down the
machine to get more details - let me know if you want them )

00:0b.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications, Inc. AR5212
802.11abgNIC (rev 01)

Hope this helps.
