Grep your Squid logs or log the X-Forwarded-For header

eg
LogFormat  "%{X-Forwarded-For}i %v %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b \"%{Referer}i\"
\"%{User-Agent}i\" \"%{Cookie}i\"" special
