Subject: [ILUG] OT - Measure broadband speed

Hello,
I'm not quite satisfied with the speed of my broadband connection and
want perform a reliable bandwidth test before calling my provider.
Can anyone recommend a good one? I can find a few through google but they
seem to be based in the US. Can the meter compensate for the increased ping?

Thanks,
       Ollie.
