I'd give xenplanet.com a shout. I've a VPS with them (Debian) and
recently upgraded to 256mb RAM. They informed me that they're in the
process of changing their RAM prices, so if you contact them, ask for
the latest prices.

I've always found their service to be excellent - anytime I've had to
contact them, I've gotten an almost immediate reply, whether by e-mail
or phone.

Lastly, a major plus-point for this list, they offer discounts to people
who contribute to open source projects.
