Using metro down the country for about a year now. Had a single outage
lasted >24 hours, and a couple of other very short ones, but other than
that it's been reliable. Bandwidth obtained is as advertised,
jitter/latency is good, but rolling monthly caps are low. AFAIK, they
use throttling once you exceed your cap.
