These mails are starting to annoy me a little.
How about answering a support question as a tax
for each commercial mail you send. Here's a query
I sent to accounts at blacknight.ie a couple of times
with no response:
I got an email on the 1st of March asking me to update my
billing information, and noticed that you sent a username
and password for my account as part of the (unencrypted) email?
Also I got notice to do the following:
"To create your new control panel login, please visit
http://billing.blacknight.ie/upgrade/...."
But that also sends login credentials unencrypted?
