[ILUG] Digiweb and routers

[ILUG] Digiweb and routers

Has anyone tried the Digiweb with their Thompson cable modem on more =

than one PC via a router? When I put a wireless router in the loop for a =

DHCP/Firewall service the connection is very unstable, might work fine =

for an hour then drops it every 5, 10 or 30 minutes, seems perfectly =

random. Tried a Netgear and SMC router with latest firmware and both act =

the same. Digiweb confirm they are having no loss of connection and I =

tend to believe them as the phone service is also on the Thompsom cable =

modem and is unaffected. It feels like the Digiweb modem and the router =

can't seem to get on rather than a problem with the Digiweb connection - =

anyone experienced this?

Thanks Hopefully

Terry
