Why not?

NB: OpenWRT works pretty well on many Texas-Instruments AR7 based 
DSL/ethernet routers (though, the wifi doesn't work yet) - inc. AVM 
Fritz!Box 71x0 (and OEM variants like the SpeedTouch), Linksys AG241 
and even some Thomson routers.
