seemingly dapper hasn't availed of backports from later version beyond
0.9.8a unless you did this modification yourself (which i have done on
php and mysql packages)
So just dpkg -l | grep ssl
find out what version your libssl and openssl packages are.
So as i understand it, if they are 0.9.8c you may have issues.
