Hello,

I need to vertualize an installation of OpenSuSE 10.3 for use in VMWare.  

I've heard of something called the VMWare converter however finding a download for this seems to be impossible! 

I also thought of using Symantec Ghost to make a backup of it but this seems equally as impossible unless I could take the drive out of the machine.  And that's not an option at the moment. 

Any suggestions very greatfully appreciated.
