Hi Andrew,

Am I correct in assuming that you have a non-standard kernel module
installed?

1. Unload all kernel modules that are not part of the original kernel
and test again.

2. Install diskdump, netdump or kdump and collect the dump

3. use the "crash" utility and look at which part of the kernel the
problem appears (kernel module, function..)

4. search the kernel bugzilla for any known issues in that area

....
