Depends on the xen guests. paravairtualised guests have better performance
than fully virtualised ones.
In this case, a VT/AMD-V enabled chip will do nothing to increase perf.
Will you guests be 64 or 32 bit?
What will they be running CPU wise? Mostly idle or busy?
